   I'll confirm next steps, usually a short set of questions or a recommendation for the format that fits.

   If it's a match, we book a call

   A short call to align on your goals, scope, format, and timeline, and to make sure we're a good fit.

   You receive a proposal

   Scope, timeline, and a program shaped around your needs, or relevant resources to get you started.
