Hey, I'm Lena. I design and deliver corporate AI training and AI upskilling for employees, from lunch & learn sessions and in-company workshops to company-wide AI literacy programs and AI transformation tracks.
Why you need me
I'm a hands-on AI engineer with a research degree in Artificial Intelligence. I've spent 8 years building conversational AI systems that run in production, and helped 110+ organisations do the same.
That's what your team gets in the room: not slideware, but methodologies and frameworks tested on real systems, real users, and real failure modes.
My approach is multidisciplinary and holistic: technology, people, and process move together, with responsible AI practices built into every program - so adoption never comes at the cost of trust.
And I'm an experienced trainer: 250+ students, and corporate trainings across Europe.
About me
I help organisations use and build AI that works in the real world - not just in demos. My work spans corporate AI training, AI literacy programs, AI audits, and keynote speaking.
I trained as a computational linguist, earned a research degree in Artificial Intelligence, and spent 8 years building production conversational AI systems. I teach AI ethics and guest lecture at the Rotterdam School of Management - which means I help teams think not just about whether their AI works, but whether it should.

Reviews
“Lena joined us as invited expert for Management Week 2026, our annual offline event for around 80 managers across Joom. She built the entire program with us, curriculum, external speakers, a two-week online pre-course, then led the three-day workshop in Lisbon herself. She listened closely to our context and designed a training program from scratch around Joom’s specific goals and challenges, in a very short timeframe. Her expertise and energy truly impressed us. Managers grew on all three skills we measured. Highly recommend!”
