Why me
I founded ParsLabs in 2018 and I stay close to the code. The architectures I recommend were tested on production systems first, with real users, real logs, and real failure modes.
I trained as a computational linguist and hold a research degree in Artificial Intelligence, starting my career in NLP research at Textkernel. When I explain why a model behaves the way it does, it comes from the fundamentals, not from headlines.
I have advised organisations in fintech, real estate, mental health, edtech and more. Seeing the same problems across very different industries is what lets me tell you which patterns will transfer to your case, and which will not.
I have trained 250+ professionals and delivered 40+ talks and workshops. Knowing something and being able to hand it over are different skills; mentorship needs the second one.

FAQ
Training is a program I design and deliver for a team, usually over days or weeks with a fixed curriculum. Mentorship is ongoing and one-to-one: you bring whatever is in front of you this month, and we work on that. If you need to lift a whole team's AI literacy, the training page is the better starting point.
Sixty minutes, over video, scheduled in advance. They work best when you come with a concrete problem: an architecture you are weighing up, a system that is failing in a way you cannot explain, a decision you keep deferring. We work on it together rather than talking in the abstract.
You can send me questions any time. On Lite I answer within a couple of working days; on Standard and Premium your messages get priority, and Premium adds a shared Slack or Discord channel so your team can ask without waiting for the next call.
Yes, any month. It is a rolling subscription, not a contract. Mentees regularly pause while travelling or heads-down in a build phase and pick it up again when the questions come back.
Start with Lite if you mostly need someone to check your thinking every few weeks. Standard is where most people land while they are actively building. Premium makes sense when a whole team needs access, or when you want code and architecture reviewed regularly rather than described to me.
No. On Premium I review your code and architecture and tell you what I would change, but I do not join as a contractor. If you need hands-on build work, ask about technical consulting in your enquiry instead.
Yes. Roughly half of the people I mentor are founders or product people. I adjust the depth to the person. The point is that you leave a call able to make the decision, not that you leave impressed.
Yes. Everything you share stays between us either way, and I am happy to sign your NDA before we start if that makes the conversation easier.
